|60 Minute Initial Consult||This is our most thorough initial consultation, suitable for those with multiple problems or an injury that’s complex in nature. You will receive information about your injury and an individualised treatment plan.|

Follow Up Consultations
|20 Minute Consult||This is our most popular follow up consultation. 20 minutes is usually enough time to implement treatment as part of your individualised plan. If your condition is more complex, we might suggest (or you might prefer) a 40 minute follow up consultation.|
|40 Minute Consult||This is a more thorough follow up consultation. We may suggest this appointment option if your condition is complex or you have multiple injuries or issues you would like help with.|

Health Insurance Rebates
As part of our commitment to high-quality service and convenience, we offer in-clinic health insurance rebates and will happily deduct your rebate using our HICAPS facilities on the day of your appointment.
The rebate amount you receive at My Physio Sorrento varies between the different insurers and levels of cover.
Our friendly receptionist will happily provide you with a quote.
We also offer 10% discount to Seniors and Concession Card Holders.
For Workers Compensation / Motor Vehicle Accident / Medicare Care Plan, there is no out of pocket expense.
What should I expect at My Physio?
Upon arrival, 10 minutes prior to your appointment, our friendly My Physio Sorrento receptionists will warmly welcome you with a complimentary drink and some paperwork to complete.
You’ll meet with your physio and discuss your problem(s) and treatment goals, following a comprehensive and customised assessment.
Your physio will provide a diagnosis and explanation and an opportunity to ask questions. Where possible, your physio will provide you with information on your injury to read at home.
Your treatment options will be discussed, ensuring you’re comfortable proceeding.
Together, we’ll form a comprehensive treatment plan for your recovery.
You’ll be free to email your physio directly with any questions or concerns, prior to your follow up appointment.
Here are some answers to the most common questions.
A medical referral is not required to see a physiotherapist at My Physio Sorrento.
Please bring any referral letters and relevant test results such as X-rays.
If you have private health insurance please bring your card.
We recommend you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow us to easily see the skin, joints and muscles around your injury. It’s essential that your professional physiotherapist can adequately assess and treat your injured area.
Please use the carpark at the Seacrest Medical Centre next door.
We are open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturday. Please contact our friendly receptionists to book or make a booking online.
